If you’ve been on the Internet for any length of time, there’s a good chance you’ve seen funny cat pictures known as LOLcats made famous on the website icanhascheezburger.
Wikipedia describes lolcats: “A lolcat is an image combining a photograph, most frequently of a cat, with a humorous and idiosyncratic caption in (often) broken English—a dialect which is known as “lolspeak” or “kitty pidgin” and which parodies the poor grammar typically attributed to Internet slang.”
But what does that have to do with Jasper National Park?
Well, imagine what would happen if one of Jasper National Park’s most favorite animals was given the LOLcat treatment.
I introduce to you LOLmountaingoats, a homage to LOLcats, mountain goats, and Jasper National Park.

A big LOL for this one. This is really funny because the poor grammar typically attributed to Internet slang that use to the caption of the pictures is way beyond funnier to me. Good catch.
heheh.. The picture is very funny as well as its caption. I love it. :)
Very good pics and humor. They are impressive animals. A month ago I was in Jasper and saw mountain goats while on top of Whistler, after the gondola ride.
I am always excited about the wide Canada and come from Germany. In the mountains of Bavaria, we also see the mountain goats and it is always an experience like animals from stone to stone springen.Hier with us on Sylt is only flat country and there is the sea and at all no mountains. Unfortunately!
Very lol goat.
nice photo.
Are you run to get the goat photo? hehe.
Hahaha….you got a very great imagination
just by see the goat photo, you can predict what they’re doing.

Thanks for the post! Those are way funny and creative! I have always wanted to go to Jasper National Park, and this has definitely increased my interest.
